Refund policy

We are sure you would cancel your order only in circumstances beyond your control. And hence, we have made our refund policy which is customer friendly.

1. If you cancel minimum 48 hours before the order delivery time, complete amount will be refunded. However, a 10% handling charge on the order amount will be deducted.
2. If you cancel between 24 hours and 48 hours before the order delivery time, 50% amount will be refunded.
   
3. If you cancel within 24 hours of order delivery time, the amount is non-refundable.
   
4. In case, we are not able to deliver due to ongoing situation, the complete amount will be refunded.
